What these terms cover

This page sets out the terms under which you may use tiptop-bathrooms.co.uk, an independent information and marketing portal about Fatpirate. We publish reviews, guides and factual breakdowns of online gaming operators – we are not ourselves a casino, a bookmaker or an organiser of gambling in any form. By visiting or using this site, you accept these terms in full.

These terms apply to the portal itself. Fatpirate operates its own platform under separate terms, which govern your relationship with the operator once you register there. We have no access to player accounts, deposits, withdrawals or any aspect of the operator's service.

Who runs this site

tiptop-bathrooms.co.uk is operated as an independent affiliate portal. We earn commission when readers click through to Fatpirate and register, but editorial decisions – what we write and how we frame it – remain ours. The operator does not review or approve our content before publication.

All factual claims on this site are drawn from publicly available sources: the operator's own terms, promotional pages, and publicly filed documents where they exist. We update content regularly, but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy – the operator may change limits, bonuses or policies without notifying us.

The material you'll find here

Every page, image, table and line of text on tiptop-bathrooms.co.uk is protected by copyright and belongs to the site operator or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, scrape or distribute our content – in whole or in part – for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-party trade marks – including Fatpirate's name, logo and any game or provider names – remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance here is descriptive and editorial, not an endorsement by those parties.

What we expect from you

You agree to use this site lawfully and considerately. That means:

  • You are at least 18 years old (18+).
  • You will not use automated tools to scrape, copy or mirror the site.
  • You will not post or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene or harmful through any contact form or feedback channel.
  • You will not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, security or availability.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone breaching these obligations, without notice.

Our liability and what we can't promise

We strive for accuracy, but tiptop-bathrooms.co.uk is provided "as is" – we make no warranty that every figure, date or policy statement will remain current between our last check and your visit. Gambling involves real money and real risk; you are responsible for verifying terms with Fatpirate directly before depositing or playing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for:

  • Losses arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
  • Any act or omission by Fatpirate – disputes about bonuses, withdrawals, account closure or game fairness are between you and the operator.
  • Interruptions, errors or inaccuracies in the site's availability or content.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter where exclusion is prohibited by law.

We link to Fatpirate's own platform, to UK responsible gambling organisations, to regulatory bodies and occasionally to payment providers or software studios for context. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability. Following a link is at your own discretion.

Your data and privacy

Any personal information you share with us – through a contact form, for instance – is handled under our privacy policy, which explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK data protection law. We do not share your details with Fatpirate unless you register on their platform directly, at which point their own privacy policy governs.

Minimum age and responsible gambling

Access to tiptop-bathrooms.co.uk is restricted to persons aged 18 and over (18+). Gambling is entertainment, not a solution to financial difficulty. If you or someone you know is struggling, free and confidential support is available:

Service availability

We aim to keep tiptop-bathrooms.co.uk online and accessible at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hosting issues or events beyond our control may cause temporary outages. We accept no liability for any loss resulting from downtime.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect legal requirements, operational changes or improvements to the site. The revised version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of tiptop-bathrooms.co.uk falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

This choice of law applies to the portal itself – it does not alter or supersede Fatpirate's own terms, which are governed by the jurisdiction under which the operator is licensed.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining terms continue in full force.
